How to read this estimate

The revenue figures are potential gross revenue before expenses, based on your entered amounts and shares. No average visit value, claim amount, recovery rate, labor cost, product price, or Openstand performance result is built in.

The time figure adds your insurance verification, claims work, recall message, and daily P&L hours, then applies your estimated share freed. It represents staff capacity only, not cash savings.

Avoid double counting: exclude claim dollars that already represent revenue included in the missed appointment estimate.
